How Pretalq works
Getting set up
Pretalq is light to roll out, with no heavy implementation.
Step 1
Add your team. Bring in the managers and the people they manage.
Step 2
A short, game-style check-in. Each person spends a few minutes on realistic workplace situations, choosing how they'd naturally respond, more like a quick game than a survey. (Or, if your company already uses communication or colour-based profiles, Pretalq can build on those instead, or alongside.)
Step 3
You're ready. Managers can prepare for their next conversation straight away, with no training.
How it works day to day
The same message can land completely differently depending on how it's delivered. Pretalq gives managers brief, private guidance before an important conversation, tailored to the specific person. It never records or listens to the conversation itself.
